Please complete the criminal history background check form for EACH family member and/or guest who intends to apply for temporary residence at RMH Pittsburgh.

Once all background checks are completed an eligible family is placed on a wait list. This does not guarantee an apartment. The availability depends on the discharge of families currently residing at the Ronald McDonald House Pittsburgh.

Confirmation is made only on the date of arrival.

If an apartment is not available on the requested date, families will remain on the wait list until an apartment is open.

Once a confirmation is received, families may check in after 2 PM on the Penthouse Floor of the Ronald McDonald House Pittsburgh.
